Not saying it was an amazing time or anything lol.
But I did it. almost quit when I got to a wrap around part where I easily could of crossed to get home, but I didnt! :D
I'm going to try and do the exact same path from now on. I ran, or rather jogged about 90% of it , with a speed walk a breaks.
Im in pretty pathetic shape, managed around 38:38 for my final time, yea its a little embarrassing, buttt i can only get better :]
And my goal was under an hour bahahaha
Calories burned: 427ish
So... happy I actually got off my ass and did something whooo hooo.
Ahhhhh so refreshed... and tired
Tomorrow = water/ice/diet shake diet lol.
So im considering tomorrow a liquid diet if I can go through with it.
And i may just continue it till I cant do it anymore... we'll see how long that lasts. I may eventually add smoothies and what not haha
any ways, I promise thats the last post for the night.

ReplyDeletehmm ok well, I've done it three times before, for a church thing.. the first two times were only one day each, and the third time was actually 3 days..So for the one day only things I mainly stuck to water, and some milk or juice or something for meals...the third time, I definitely let some starbucks fraps in there :) haha but it doesn't matter to me...i think i'll mainly just go with anything thats liquid is alright except soup lol so for me it will probably be water, milk, orange juice, maybe a gatorade.

Everytime I've done it i've lost 2 lbs....of course I gain it right back, but it just feels so damn good afterwards! so how about this...we start midnight on saturday night and it ends midnight on sunday? (I know you said you wanted to start tomorrow, but i dont think i can do that yet)
