Hund out with Kara today at her pool, got my tan on haha
Going to a party tonight, Kara's coming over. About to try and get our sexy on haha.
We want to turn heads when we walk in lol.
Thats the plan lol
BUT I kinda forgot today was my free day, but Ive been eating pretty freelty since I remembered lol
Aftr my last blog I had about 160 cals of bugles chip things.
Then I ate a brownie at Kara's
OH and got lunch I had a fruit and walnut salad from mcdonalds... adn took a bite out of my sis's bacon egg and cheee bagel and her friends mcmuffin haha... I figure its fine to have a bite... rather than actually get it, and it basically satisfies my craving so whateverrrr.
Then went and took a nap at brads... made 2 eggs, and had like 1/2 a piece of bacon lol
And now im at home WITH THE POWER BACK ON lol
So todays total so far is probably around 800-830ish... and ill eat soup in a bit + 120 = 950 so Im still under my 1000 goal... AND its my free day... But im pretty sure my alcohol intake is about to murder that number.... might just ignore that scale tomorrow haha
BUT guys... on some real shit. like I neeeed to lose some poundage on the ASAP. haha
So like even if its 2 pounds this week. Ill be happy. so goal is 166 by friday. Ill be working swim lessons from 9:45-1:00 mon-thurs and 5:15-6:30 and then alllll day tues and fri so that burns a little off lol. And Im gonna go to the gym and hopefully get some laps in before work. So I really sont think this 2 pounds should be hard at all.... should of been off already!!!!
As long as I don't hit the 170's tomorrow ill be happy. LOTS of water tonight!
