A Diamond in the Rough

Hey ya'll
Today went great at the pool.
Not much news there.
A little Burnt...

I barely ate at all

So that adds 125 to the total for today
Putting me at 525 so far :]
I thought I really fucked up this morning but it turns out, eating early for me keeps me going strong throughout the day :D
For dinnet im gonna finish up the soup

Also Im drinking a low cal gatorade, Ill probably have about 40 cals of that

and then allot myself 115 for the rest of the night making me a perfect 800 cals which was my "healthy" goal!

I was able to swim a little today... biking was killer, my gears are messed up so I was sweating up a storm!

Also... my (kind of ex-boyfriend from last summer but not really since we only "dated" like a month) was at the pool, he isn't home for the summer so that was a surprise. This kid is amazing. hes 21, loves God, has an amazing personality, is fun, not cocky, amazing swimmer, hot ... basically everything... people look for in a guy haha





uggg I miss him haha, even just as a friend.















Not to mention those perfectly sculpted abs...

















ANYWAYS!!!! on to things you guys care about lol.

I had some one comment on the fact that I had a tattoo so I figured hey why not show you guys!
Well I actually have two, one I got a few months back in like march? and the other last July. Don't judge me. lol



First one, Michigan State helmet on left ribcage, hurt like a bitch. I got this for many reasons and still love it (yes its backwards :])
