so 167.5 this morning marks my lowest weight, while since i've started this.
I know I will probably gain most of it back, especially after eating today...
Breakfast:
25 blueberries: 20
1.5 pieces of watermelon: 60?
FF yogurt: 60
Lunch and snacks:
small wrap with turkey lettuce and mustard: 170
broccoli cooked: 20
peach:38
then I fucking ate a piece of chicken... not bad, but also not good for someone trying to be 165 by Wednesday morning....100 cals? I always forget chicken isnt bad for you, but I feel so full :[
At least all the food I ate was healthy.
Total around: 468-500 ish......

This 165 by Wednesday isnt looking too hot.
I guess as long as I hit 155 by the end of july or 145 by the time school starts ill be happy :]

Indulging in things here & there, such as chicken, is usually a good way to avoid binges later, at least that's what I've found personally. The more I deny something, the more I want it, so the more likely I am to binge.
