oats, yogurt,blueberries = my new life.. and some "healthy Taco bell."


Hey everyone, I know I've posted twice already, this being my third, and there is about a 99% chance i will be posting again after my run haha But hey, if my posts annoy you... then stop following me I guess! (jk don't do that pleaseee :])

ANYWAY I am absolutely in love with my yogurt/oats/blueberry mix 155 calories, delicious, and after eating it, I don't have that nasty super full feeling!! :D

Work went well, semi-dreading this run haha, but i usually leave around 9:30, giving me 2 more hours to prepare haha

Total calorie intake, as long as the next 5 hours go well, was still only, 572. The tea I drink at night is 5 cals? which I find strange, sine most is 0... but whateverrr

SO as many of you may have read in fellow blogs, there is this amazing website called Losertown... although I am personally, slightly skeptical to its accuracy, it does seem to know what is talking about! well kind of... the fact that its telling me if I continue eating 600 cals a day, I will weight -16 pounds by november 2011? haha is that telling me I will die by then? ANYWAYS new goal is to eat between 500-750 a day, This weekend may be slightly shity due to the holiday... and the potential for me being belligerent and not even remember what I ate.. lol maybe ill just DD again and drink coke zero as a "treat" ...not possible due to the fact that we';; be camping out.. uggg and then brad's going to want to have sex, in the tent, like 10 feet away from other people, who will also be having sex.... NOT happening... unless im intoxicated haha
SO new plan, 5 shots of vodka, REALLY FREAKIN FAST, is around 364 calories, plus ill be chasing with some low cal drink, preferably coke zero or sugar free red bull (10 cals) DO NOT WHATSOEVER EVER try to chase with a low cal sports drink or low cal vitamin water... it's horrible... might as well just chase with water....

BUT as long as i can just get a cheap fifth of disgusting unflavored vodka... uggg, at only 364 cals im not too worried... what Im worried about it the fact that we'll somehow end up a taco bell... if that happens, I AM PREPARED

Taco bell doesnt have to be a binge night :]!

Possible "low cal" options at Taco Hell.. uhh hem, Taco bell

Fresco crunchy taco: 150 calories
Classic Limeade: 150 calories
Cinnamon twists:160 calories
regular crunchy taco: 170 calories
Pintos n cheese: 180 calories
Fresco soft beef taco: 180 calories
Mini quesidilla: 190 calories
grilled chicken soft taco : 200 calories
Cheese roll up ( my personal love): 200 calories
Soft beef taco: 210 calories
Mexican rice: 210 calories

So for those of you who are forced to "think outside the bun" it doesn't have to ruin your whole day, just eat 1 (key word ONE) of those up there ^^^ :D

i hope I helped you all out a little bit! OH and the little sauce packets zero cals :] So hot sauce away!!

So back to my original topic!! I plugged 650 calories a day in on Loser town and if I can keep up with that, and working out 6-7 times a week, the following is supposed to happen:

163.9 on 7/7
159.76 on 7/14 MY BIRTHDAY :D
155.68 on 7/21
151.67 on 7/28
147.72 on 8/4
143.83 on 8/11
140 on 8/18
136.23 on 8/25
132.51 on 9/1
128.87 on 9/8

If any of you have been following my posts/goals, you will know that his follows my goal plan very nicely, and then drastically exceeded them towards the end.
My current GW is 135, if I can actually get there... which I believe i can.

SO if it's possible for me to ever hit the 120's that would be amazing...
Any lower would be impossible because I have too many people that watch me and worry.. BUT I think I can pull off enough excuses easily to make it to 135 no prob.

OH and ps, I found the pics I took last year when I hit my highest weight ever: 186 and decided to do something about it.... they are horrible, disgusting, and embarrassing.. BUT I will post those with new ones, now currently around 18.5 pounds less, and i'll continue posting pics at each 10 pound interval... 5 we'll see.... sorry that your eyes have to view them... reverse thinspo?? YES
