165 this morning, so 1 pound from recent lowest, 2 pounds from this 163 goal that I just can not seem to get too :/
I ate a piece of pizza and the frosting off of a cupcake last night pretty late....
so that was a fail
Im eating my first meal today, it's 1:03 pm and its my famous yogurt (60) oats (70) and blueberries(20) Total: 150
I have a dentist appt at 2:00 then Brad is taking me to a movie I think.
Also, Im stopping by the navy recruitment place to fill out an app for a scholarship... not sure its what I want to do yet though, so we'll see.
I REALLY want to weight 164 something tomorrow.
It's my day with my girls from college out on a lake... so if I'm 164 its cool... much better that when they all last saw me!!
OH! and @ WannaBskinny. I have read about the pills a little bit, and basically, its saying that if you continually use them, for a VERY long period of time then they can do damage. But a few of my friends have done it and a have read reviews and it seems ok. I'm only going to use this one bottle then be done. Also, i'm going to the Dr.s sometime next month and will talk to them aout ti as well. Thanks for hte advice though!!!
