SO 169.2 this morning means I gained around 1.7 pounds over the weekend. not bad! Although technically, the scale I was using before says 170, so Im not sure on the "exact" weight. But the one im using now was really expensive and stuff so hopefully its right!
Crashed out at brads house last nights, ended up eating two bites of garlic bread, like a handful of noodles, and a little spoonful of homemade sauce. Brad made everything from scratch (well not the noodles haha) and so I wasn't going to deny eating it haha. I really don't think it was over 150 though so no biggie.
Currently eating special K with Skim milk.
Im working from 9:45 till 6:30 today, so I need to pack my lunch. Probably will be 2 pieces of my low cal bread (45 each) yogurt (60) with oats (70) blueberries (20) apple (60) and a few other random things just to snack on throughout the day.
No idea what dinner will be yet...
Going to swim a total of a mile today on breaks at work. I figure Ill be able to get 300 in on my first, 300 on my second, 300 on third, then 600 in my half hour segment before lessons. And if I miss any, i'll swim it after work.
HOPEFULLY running tomorrow :]

you seem to be stuck within 2-3lbs of 170 for the last two weeks and yet you keep going and dont get angry. i must learn from you. whn i plateau like tht it makes me so depressed. you my darling should be blessed because of your attitude alone. dont give up youre doing great =]
