SO I'm 164.4
But it's my own fault..
Brad came over last night.
We had this healthy pop corn I bought. which was only like 75 cals for the whole bag.
But then he brought out chips and salsa... and I some of that too.
Not a binge.
But enough to sit in my stomach and make me maintain this morning.
Also, the sodium content didn't help either.
I'm turning 19 tomorrow... I really don't want to lol.
I know... I can't really prevent my birthday haha But still... I just hate getting old.
I know 19 isn't OLD but it's on my way to being there....
and, it's not like anything special is going to happen....
Like I think my parents are buying me a couple t-shirts for my University, which is awesome.
But still, I just miss being little and having parties, and heaps of presents to open.
I guess that's what my college loans are, heaps of presents....
haha.
SO I still am shooting for 163.8 tomorrow.

so basically, if I stay under 700, don't eat after 8:00, and still am 164 something tomorrow, this means that my body needs more calories and I boost up to 850 min from now on.
My goal for today is to get .5 mile in kicking, and .5 mile in swimming. At the least.
I NEED to go to the gym soon, but I don't see that happening today since I work 9:45 till 6:30... but we'll see.
Birthday plans tomorrow: either finleys (american restaurant) with brad, where I get a free meal, then movies after. Or apple bees with all my friends.... meaning half off appitizers, which starts at freakin 10pm and then it will probably be too late to see a movie... who knows.
I just can not over eat....

awww im sure ill be saying this tomorrow, but happy early birthday. i hope everything goes well tomorrow. i think tho, tht on your birthday, nothing else should matter except its the day you finally emerged into the world. you should be able to eat and do whtever it is you want to do. dont worry about calories, just have fun. =]

ReplyDeleteit's hard to go out with friends¬ overeat. it helps to drink water in between every single bite. that way you usually don't even have time to eat too much. happy early birthday, little lady. stay strong.

Maintaining is always better than gaining, although I know it sucks when you want a loss. Hope you have a great b-day tomorrow! I think bdays were more fun as a kid too. I don't do much for mine, usually get taken out to dinner. That's fine with me! Good luck with your plan for the day, hope everything goes smoothly! <3
