SO FREAKING CLOSE!!

So... Last night after I posted I ended up eating grapes and popcorn at brads... not horrible. But I didn't really need them ya kno?

So this morning I ate a piece of cheese, bread, and then an end piece of bread ~180cals. Then 36 calories of grapes, and now im eating oats and yogurt, 130 cals, plus a couple almonds, we'll round to 150.

So todays total is around 366 so far, and it's 3:52.

I weighed 164.2 after coming home from brad's. SO PISSED... well not really, I like that I lost a little, but still upset that I could of possibly weighed my lowest so far this morning. O well, that's what tomorrow is for I guess.

But one problem remain.... Freakin Applebees... Im going there tonight with Brad and another couple... who is actually married and used to be my best friend and Brad's.... so we'll see how it goes. However. The food there. Is not the healthiest... BUT I want to make you all proud so I promise to try my hardest!

These are my options....
I have been doing so good not eating red meat lately... but If I do, I do..

Asiago Peppercorn Steak 390
Spicy Shrimp Diavolo 500
Grilled Dijon Chicken & Portobellos 450
Grilled Shrimp & Island Rice 380 (This sounds amazing, lowest cals, but is like 10 bucks I think??) We go for 1/2 off app.... so its REALLY cheap... too bad all the apps are 147598432 calories!!
Asian Crunch Salad 490

Tomato basil soup is only 250 cals though... and a small Caesar is 90, so that is also a possibility..

gerrr I wish I was rich haha
OH and I usually just get a water.... But I may get diet coke just so it fills me up more!

And I may possibly be going to the gym tonight... I know i've been slacking... I still have only gone 4 times since June bahaha..... but I was running and swimming a lot as well..

OH and PS. I took those fiber pills yesterday, the psyllium husk ones, and I pooped pretty nicely lol.
Last time I took 6, this time I took 7. The recommended Adult dosage is 6, but nothing happened last time (I think??) haha... It's all natural, so I'm thinking it's a lot better for you than any other laxative, since it's pure fiber, and you can take up to 15 pills a day, so i'll probably be taking like 6 at a time once a day (at the most) lol and we'll see how it goes from there!

    Just stay strong and keep thinking of why you're doing this! You will reach 163! :) x
