TODAY and some pics

Total intake:
Breakfast: 200ish
snack:50ish
Lunch:310ish
snacks:260ish uggg

Total:820

This leaves me with no more that 180 the rest of the night. Some friends are talking about getting a group together to go to the movies, so as long I I have my fat people pictures on my phone and gum I'll be able to stick with diet pop :]

Im debating on what to do about dinner.
Eat nothing and that way if I slip up later I'll be ok?

god I didnt want to hit 1000,but I promised I wouldn't go over 1200, and plus, 120 of the calories were 2 90% fruit juice popsicles so those aren't horrible.

Since im on my period, and ate more than expected, If I don't lose it will be ok. BUT if I gain... I'll probably flip out a little haha :]

I DIDNT EVEN WORK OUT TODAY. I know I biked like 20 minutes, and 4 hours of teaching swim lessons probably burns around 350 im thinking. I hopped in the shower without thinking and was like shitttt, was supposed to run!

Yeah im kind of scrunched a little since im sitting on a couch, BUT STILL. Much improvement :] sorry I look horrible, Just got out of work and have wet hair and no make up haha.

So I thought I would post some pictures of one of brads friends. She dates his best friend, so im not too worried, but I am insanely jealous of her. I posted the pic of her boy, back a few posts ago (the one with the abs haha) He had no fat and basically every one of his girls turn ana... but whateverrr

Basically, Im insanely jealous. She's a year younger and is playing volleyball at the community college in the same city as my university.
It's funny, she went to the same school as brad and EVERYONE there goes to either the community college, or university in Kalamazoo about an hour away from our town. But luckily ill be seeing a lot of her, and able to use her as a goal :] and thinspo

So thats all guys.
Im eating the yogurt and oats. Mom bought bigger yogurts:80 cals each and oats is 70 so im at 150, but STILL 30 under 1000 and 230 under 1200 so no biggie :]

  1. No problem! I always welcome new Lovelies! Your blog is great, btw. Love the thinspiration on the top! The thing about the raw foods makes sense. Idk why anyone would ever want to consume raw meat though... I mean, hello, has anybody ever heard of salmonella?! People are so odd...

Unfortunately a lot of my friends are in the healthy-fat range, so I dont really have that! :P but you are an inspiration, along with all the bloggers on here, so I get something at least! :D Love you tons!
