Today was a FAT person today... Tomorrow will be a skinny girl day :]

So basically... I ate like a fat ass today, will probably gain 5 pounds tomorrow morning. But in the end it was worth it. My three cousins (13, 9, 7) and Aunt and Uncle came to visit from Utah, and we had a surprise retirement party for my Aunt and family friend. So Basically I ate...

Before I left for the party I ate:
2 rice cakes: 100 calories
2 pieces of bread: 70
a lite swiss laughing cow cheese: 35
Total:205.
Wish it ended there haha

But at the party I ate:
corn chips in my pineapple salsa( amazing)
and guacamole.
like... a very large amount.
Some veggies
A bite of cookie.
A reeses cup.

Then at dinner, I skipped the hamburger (thank god)
I had like two large serving of this snickerdoodle salad (very unhealthy) and some watermelon.
Then later, a piece of cake.
So....Not horrible. but not a day where I should expect to loose weight tomorrow. I'm hoping and praying for 165 at the most??? please not higher than 166!!!!!

OH and we went to 7-11 for free slushies day... they were out. How the hell do you run out of free slushies? lol
so I bought one and it was the Crystal light, <4 cals an oz

Tomorrow I hav to tell my boss that i'll be skipping 3 days of work next week. But i'm not taking any other time off so I don't see why it will be a problem... but still. She's a bitch.

Next week my plan is:
Tuesday- drive 40 minutes to Lake party with college friends
Wednesday- drive 70 minutes from lake to Aunt and uncles (the ones visiting from Utah)
Thursday- drive 1 hour and 40 minutes home
Friday- drive An hour and 20 minutes to School for orientation, then 1 hour 20 minutes home.
Saturday- drive an hour 50 minutes to my cousins open house on the lake
Sunday- drive 1 hour 50 minutes home...
Totaling: 9 hours and 40 minutes in car. ewww.
It will be worth it though.

I lost my book "massive"??
Started reading smashed, but I guess since I haven't been drinking im just not into it? I may start reading either wasted or Hunger point tonight.

Tomorrow's eating plan:

Breakfast- 200 calories
lunch-200 calories
dinner-200 calories
total in snacks 200 calories

total-800 at the most.

good, solid plan. hopefully some running, water aerobics, swimming or gym will be involved.

I finally figured out something to make me more motivated to go to the gym.
I paid $20 a month (college kid deal) for my gym that is open 24/7
mw nad brad were doing really good with going in june, we went two days in a row... I feel like we went a third time but he htinks it was only twice... so basically, after that I started running and swimming, so stopped going.
Well, basically my total is a whopping 3 times.
therefore I have paid $20 dollars a day at the gym. So my goal for the end of the summer is to get that number down as far as I can :]
I'll post after everytime I go (obviously) and then calculate how much I have "paid a day"

Also, has anyone heard of Zany Bandz or Silly Bandz?? They are these bracelets that look like little animals, or shapes...etc, then you put them on and they are a slightly bent bracelet?
Well, all my friends are into it... and my cousins are... so I took them to wal-mart to buy them some and then ended up being like 5 bucks a pack, so I blew 20 bucks lol. But I never see them so it was fine.... ANYWAY I have always made fun of my friends for doing it... and now they got me hooked.. lol FAIL KELSEY.

Any way... off to attempt to catch up on blogs, and then hopefully an early night of sleep!!

SILLY BANDS!! my sisters have a ton of them. i have a bunch sea creatures and just today i was at the beach and found a guitar. i was sooo happy!! =] i love them. dont worry about today. youve been doing sooo well you deserved it. keep it up tho!! and all tht driving...make sure you find time to work out =] keep it up!!

  4. Sounds like a good plan for the gym.
    Those braclets sound like fun, I want one.
    Don't laugh but what's a snickerdoddle? I've read a couple of blogs with people mentioning them but I've never heard of it, it sounds interesting though.
