This mornings weigh in was 159.4 coooool :]
A drop of .4, pretty neat.
i was nervous though... Dinner I skipped the chicken and had green beans and an ear of corn. Then a little later had cherries and 4 strawberries, then... almost binged, felt it. But instead ate another piece of corn and was good :]
Also, I had two big cups of green tea. both with 1 splenda packet, and one with a little honey.
Think i'll be drinking that more often!
Then at brads... Im not sure what I ate, I think it was only a few bites of a tuna sandwich... and then a chewed and spit a fry lol.
It was in my mouth, and I was like wow... this isnt that great, and spit it out! haha
OH!! I had a few banana peppers too. But I guess those speed up your metabolism?? so whateveees.
SO im pretty dang excited :] Originally, my goal was 159.8 by saturday! But i guess we'll make it 158.8???maybe even 158 flat?? We will see.
I seriously CAN not wait till I hit 155... then 149 Hitting 155 is going to be tooooo amazing because that was my OKAY weight when I was a senior maybe?? I think that may have even been my good weight?? Idk... Im gonna like it though!
Todays intake:
1/2 serving of oatmeal: 70
blueberries: 20
cup of cheerios: 110
yogurt: 60
Total: 260
Whoooo hooo!
mmmk, cheers to never hitting the 160's again?!?!

ReplyDeleteYay, at least you ate corn instead of a binge, i was reading about this korean group of girl singers who needed to lose weight to promote their new album and one of the reasons they managed to lose about 5 to 10 kg was corn:)
