ate it..

ate the damn hamburger....
and 3 ear of corn...
and some fries....
and a fruit roll up...
I guess I just told myself that a normal person would eat with friends.....
at least the mom cooked some without cheese, and had 90 calories buns... and I guess corn isnt horrible..

I weighed 160.8 after work and now i'm 163...
I just don't see this 159 ever happening... I don't know why is seems so far away...
1 damn pound... if I just faked sick and stay home... I would of hit 159.8 tomorrow... but nope.
I'll probably be 161...

Ok girls sorry for the posts lately. I PROMISE my positivity will be back ASAP!
It's just so weird not having Brad here everyday.....
and I guess being off my meds for 5 days probably screwed with me too...
o well


I love you all so much.

  3. 159 is right around the corner. You will achieve it. Just stay strong and do NOT give up. I hit a plateau last week, and didn't lose any weight, but then I did a liquid fast and got back on track.

  4. It's like going up a hill in a car. That last little push you really have to hammer on the gas :) Just do it. And I don't mean that in a negative way, it's totally your brain keeping you from where you want to be. :)

  5. it's still close you know :)

    whenever i 'binge' i eat very little the next day and the food doesn't stay on your body it just goes away and usually i lose even more :) just be sure you don't do this two days in a row.. + it wasn't bad food :)

  6. You can still reach it, & you will! Just think of this as a way to kick your metabolism back up & now you can go back to eating the way you were. It could help you lose more or keep you from hitting a plateau. Good luck! :) <3
