So I basically went psycho on the food today at work.
I had probably around 10 mini milky ways(380ish)
2 resses cups (220)
and a combos packet (240)
and of course
peach(40)
cherries (60)
lettuce(5)
turkey(75)
carrots(30)
Total around: 1315 including breakfast... I NEVER go that high EVER
So I decided to go on a little bike ride after work, Totaled around 4.5 miles today..shitty I know, was going to be more but.... foot gets stuck under pedal, and so my whole foot is bleeding.... lovely. I also got a little but of swimming in, not much though.
So I hop on the scale praying that it won't be more that 164.4... what do I get, 162.8 HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!?!?!? I didnt believe it, hoped on my old scale that is always a little high it said 163.5.. How the hell did I not gain?!
Im eating a little avocado with tomatoes and olives.... small amount. And anything else I eat tonight will be just veggies...
I REALLY need to vacuum my moms car (yeah that still hasn't happened haha)
Gym?! I was planning on it but now that my foot won't stop bleeding...
So I was pondering the thought of why I have this never ending craving for chocolate... then I realize i'm getting my period tomorrow. whoo hoo. At least I know I'm not a crazy person who can't withstand chocolate haha....
Ugggg Sorry my posts have been slightly boring lately. I'm going to take some pictures soon so I promise to get more interesting :D
