VLOG PART 1
VLOG PART 2 :)
Kay so this morning I weighed 162.8 I think?? nooo 162.6 :D
So I have like 3.6 to lose and I want it off by Friday morning :]
I had green tea for breakfast
And then I had the KFC lunch... my Grandma already was being weird about me not eating chicken... so I ate 2 biscuits and some mac in cheese, a tiny amount of potatoes, and cole slaw... yea not bad but def could of been worse. PLUS I skipped breakfast and am only planning on eating veggies and water, and potentially trying the MC drink :)
Going to the gym later this after noon :)
Im definitely going to bike, Im thinking around 500 calories, so maybe 12-13 miles?? we'll see what the stationary tells me.
Then Ill hop on the treadmill, either before or after and run around 1.5 miles maybe?? well see, I want to burn a total of 700 on cardio, if I need to get more in i'll hop on the elliptical for as long as I need to.
Also, Im thinking of doing a few free weights.
I really need to get back in the habit of that, especially If I want to hit 155 in 13 days :O YIKES!
Im going to take my fiber pills twice a day I decided, keep me regulated and help cleanse this sugar out of me lol
Then Ill take a nap, and head to the gym!!
Ill post when I return with my results! haha :)
