My 9 day plan.

I officially move out in 9 days.
I wasn't going to post for a while, but I need you girls, and I love reading all of your blogs.
I've had a very out of control week, but Im not going to go into details because the past is the past.
However, I am slightly encouraged becuase no matter how bad I fuck up, I can always have a better day the next day, and it has been helping me maintain fine. Therefore when I hit my future goal weights, I know I'll be able to stay there :)

So Originally I wanted to move into my apartment at school weighing 149.
Now amazing as that sounds, awhile ago I changed my goal to 155. That way, I can lose an ok amount. but at the same time, not be discouraged when I don't hit it.

So the new plan:
8/21: 160.?
8/22: 159.?
8/23: 159.?
8/24: 158.?
8/25: 158.?
8/26: 157.?
8/27: 156.?
8/28: 156.?
8/29: 155.?

I think I'm actually being somewhat conservative on these numbers.
If I can hit 155 I will be extremely happy, Also I think I may (if this works) do this kind of plan more often.

I won't (ok yea, I probably will lol) post my weight?
We'll see.... So far my low is 159.2 and I am just a little over a pound above that right now.
However, my stomach has gotten nasty....

Also, I am devising a list of safe foods, and unsafe foods.
That way what I want something on the unsafe list, I can look at the safe list (which im planning on being very good sized) and eat whatever I want on that.

It's 11:40 am and Ive had 150 calories.
I REALLY want to try and stay around 500ish for the day, and then exercise everyday is a must if I want to hit this goal.

Also, I think im going to make more lists... I love them too much haha.
I need to make a to-do list for college... and I think that if I can distract my self with lists, I won't think about food as much :)

The only problem I can see coming into play is that brad and I are going to our (my) favorite ice cream place lol I still have that 5.00 gift card, and we decided we would use it this weekend... SO I just have to make sure I go to the gym and do as much extra work as possible that day! Also, my parents still want to take me out to eat for my birthday... that was over a month ago lol. I think we're getting sushi so I'm not too worried...

I was always the skinny girl when I was younger.
I was the fatter of the average girls in college...
I refuse to be the average girl this year....

Love you all :)
Glad I decided to post again.

Reach your goals girls!
We can all do this together
