SO I hit 162.2! :D After working at the pool and teaching swim lessons. I know I burned a bunch of calories + I also know that it was all probably water weight from sweating but do you really think I care???? lol
I can almost taste 159 now..I wanted to hit it by Saturday! This may actually be possible haha.
So im eating an apple... 80 more cals. I'm almost scared to eat just becuase I don't want this feeling to go away. I almost passed out twice this morning but i'm pretty sure i'm just dehydrated... due to the fact that my stomach is bloating like crazyyy.
I've decided that I'll either go to the gym tonight, go for a run, or do water aerobics.
It cracks me up that i'm so excited over hitting 162, when a lot of people my size would probably be pretty pissed if they saw that number... I don't get it haha I actually am starting to like how I look. The other day I was walking in the mall with Brad and we passed this huge wall of mirrors I usually hate. And I was actually happy! weird right... But Next to Brad we finally looked great together :D
