So after an amazing day...
...I fucked up.
Not too bad.... but there is no way im losing tomorrow..

I went to walmart with a friend, bought baby food because I love it... haha
ate one (60)
then I was trying to find the damn 70% baking chocolate some of you have talked about... but I couldnt find it in a low calorie bar :/
So I ended up buying this semi-sweet stuff which is 70 cals for 1/2 a bar... not horrible... but its not great either... so I ate almost a whole bar (shared a little) im gonna say 120... then I bought marshmellow fluff 40 calories for 2 tbls.. not bad... add that and im at
210... then I ate 2 pieces of turkey.... 160... then some bites of my sister lean cuisine lasagna.... so im gonna say a 300 calorie binge... not horrible, thank god my mom is basically EDNOS too and shes like Kelsey Stop. go on the computer and distract your self bahaha... So I popped some gum in and it worked...
Not a horrible binge... this still keeps me under 1000 all day
I found these oils I bought a whole ago.
Tea tree oil: it's used as a natural antiseptic and the smell makes me drowsy a night, in a good way.
Then I have Vit. E oil that i'm going to run on my "love handles" or where they used to be... haha I mean they arent' 100% perfect yet, but def a lot better!!
Any way... I just have nasty lookin stretch marks there!
They could be worse but I still want them gone...
OH and I bought oatmeal packets, apple cinnamon, 130 calories.
And a white wife beater from walmart haha $4!! I'm not sure if anyone has seen the miley cyrus line? But im absolutely in love with it! This comeing from someone who would only wear name brand things thoughout high school is a big deal haha
BUT YEAH! seriously... if I don't freakin work out soon... we're gonna have a problem...
Tomorrows schedule looks like this:
7:00am wake up
7:15am eat breakfast
8:00 dr appt
9:45-6:30 work
and i'm going to swim a total of 2 miles thoughout the day...
Ill have to bring food with me obviously...when I don't eat a lot.. I get stupid haha I know sounds dumb, but it brings out my anxiety disorder... and im just dumb :]
Well looks like it's time for bed! Almost 1:00 :/ yeah 6 hours of sleep!

ReplyDeleteUse aloe vera the plant heals every on skin, it repairs everything perfectly and its natural but I bet you already knew that. I sympathize with you, I weigh the very same right now and it isn't going any lower.Its been driving me nuts, I start off well in the morning and then fuck it up miday sometimes after 7pm which sucks. But it could be worse I could be gaining but I'm not. BTW I don't think badly about the drunken post it could have been worse, but it wasn't. Lovin' your bloggin'
ReplyDeleteI have tea tree oil. I've never heard of it being used to help with sleep though. I bought mine because I read it's good to use on pimples (which it is) & bunches of other stuff.
