Kay, so Brad moved back to the city we go to college in... He's living with our two friends that are married for a month since he got a job there....So we moved him back last night, since I have a mini van ( hard core, I know :]) It was a good time... except for the fact that we had pizza. lol I had 2 pieces... but is was deep dish... All I had previous to that thought was my oats/yogurt/blueberry mix: 150 a nutragrain: 130 and goldfish: 200ish so around 470ish and then pizza...
OMG and diet A&W is AMAZING!!!
For some reason I never thought of diet rootbeer?? well I had that too haha
I was around 163.8ish this morning... but i'm crazy constipated so i'm taking my fiber pills after work.
I ate my oats and yogurt this morning: 130
and I'm working 1-7 today and so I brought:
20 baby carrots:80
tomato basil wrap:210... year a lot, but it's healthy stuff
2 pieces of turkey: 50ish?
apple:80
orange juice: 110 (but I really hate counting juice as calories since its 100% but whateverrr)
and a monster: 20 calories...
grapes... no idea how many but i'll eat 20 at a time: 60 cals
So totaling around 750ish? ehh not too bad. i'll eat a little something for dinner later and hopefully working out.
So since Brad is gone (although I really will miss him) Im happy because I can finally get back on track with my weightloss goals. Now that i'll be living at my house again I'll be able to schedule food, weigh myself consistently, and make a schedule for the gym :D
I'll be making that today on my breaks at work (which I am on now as we speak haha)
and i'll post it.
Basically, I have only gone 4 times this summer bahahah... I really thought it was more :/
But my goal is 12 at the very minimum... that way I paid $5 a day... which isn't great but its better than Im at now...
SO! I will be at 159 any time now.
I'm debating on doing a calorie confusion diet, kind of like Elora is doing... I was thinking alternating 500 800 and 1000?? idk... let me know what you think... I'll be posting later!
