So I just had a damn pap smear lol.... enough said...
Anyway! I weighed 162.6-162.8 this morning, kept saying those 2 on and off haha.
Then, (yes, I know, I have obsession issues) I weighed my self with clothes on: 163.2, then I ate, 163.6 and at the Dr.s I weighed 163.4! thank the lord my scale is accurate!! I was freakin out that is was going to say 170 or something haha.
SO basically, I had 4 hours of sleep and have to work all day... booo
I had cereal/milk/blueberries for breakfast: <185
Now i'm eating a 100 calorie bagel becuase I feel like shit lol and my headhurts.
Then my pre-packed lunch/dinner:
Carrots: 30 calories
2 romain lettuce leaves:10?
3 pieces of turkey: 75
peach:40
yogurt:60
Total for day:500ish... then a little dinner when I get home, and hopefully swimming a 2 mile total all day.
So should be a good day, taking fiber pills tonight.
I'll be posting pics I think when I hit 156, that way its a 30 pound lost from my before pics. SO im hoping thats sooner rather htan later.
My sister is a freak. We both had Doctor appts. this morning and she never slept last night... so hse's slap happy as hell... My mom went to check on her this morning to make sure she was up and my sis freakin hissed at her haha.. and now she's singing somewhere over the rainbow to my mom... just to freak her out even more haha....
And did I mention she's almost 17? bahaha
Anyways, off to work! Sadly Im riding my bike to work so I won't be bringing my laptop, being no blogs allll freakin day :/
But of course i'll be back on tonight!
