Thank the lord!

Ok, so yesterday was alright, I did better than I thought I owuld I was under 1000, and most of the food I ate was either organic, raw, or basically fairly healthy.
So this morning I weight 156 flat, yesterday I was at 158.8 so i'm veryyy happy that its gone, it was kind of freakin me out.... lol
So basically, i'm 1.8 above my low, which Im pretty sure I will be able to work off pretty soon.
My foot hurts soooo bad. So working out is kind of out of the picture, but hopefully I'll be walking a lot today.

See, my problem is, I have to wear jeans to work, and I only have like 2 pairs that aren't destroyed or ripped in some way. So the one pair, looks good with tennis shoes, but, they are a size 11, and i'm like a 6-8 now, so they are huge... the other pair are straight legged/skinny jeans and look horrible with tennis shoes, but they fit really good... so I have been wearing my clog like berkenstock shoes, which are horrible on my knees and feet.... and I lose wither way haha

So I have 2 choices.
Buy new shoes.
Buy new pants.

and i'm poor... fail. :)

But I do have this nice pair of DC's I bought a couple month back... but they are too small and i'm praying they will exchange them and i'll be good. I do need new pants though... the one "bad" thing about losing weight.

Alright, sorry for blabbering about nothing... I have a lot of homework I should be doing... and I'm a little hungry...
I've only had a dark chocolate cherry chewy bar so far today (90) and it's almost 1 so i'm doin good.

We're goin to the football game later so that should be fun :)
I'm only worried about tonight... with the whole food thing. When I stay up late that's when I usually have the most problems. I guess Brad is trying not to drink as much anymore though, so it will be a lot easier for me not to... well, maybe not, now that he can DD haha.

Yesterday morning I planned out a food schedule and I really think that helps.
Ill write down all of the allotted food and then spread it out throughout the day.
Also, I'll write down what weight I aim for on my next day in the schedule, and then the actual next to it. I think that helps too since I can actually see my goal.

My current goal weight is 149 by halloween, and I have plenty of time for that. I can always starve all week before and lose like 4 pounds if worse come to worse, however I would rather just lose it slow and healthy, that way it stays off.

Alright! I'm gonna go shower before I bore you all to death!

UPDATE!
after I showered I ate some peas ( 70 calories)
and then weighed myself with wet hair and im 155.6!! So that's 3.2 down from yesterday!!! WOOT WOOT I knew there had to be something wrong with the last few days haha

  3. Well done on eating healthily, that really does make a difference. Oh, and YAAAAY I'm so glad the scale went back down for you. I know how crappy it feels to think all of your hard work just wasted away...

    I avoid night-eating by filling up in the early evening, so later when the munchies roll around my belly isn't growling. It's much easier to resist that way.
