Today was a good day :)

It's 5:15 and I managed to stay fairly on plan.
I had an english muffin for Breakfast (110)
some veggies
a banana
sushi (286) really shouldnt of eaten it... but I was hungry and its all healthy stuff.
apple 
Special K bar (90)
and I just drank some orangejuice.
So my total not including fruits and veggies is around 486

I had my art class downtown today at this fountain sculpture.  It's weird.. I live in Kalamazoo, MI and I guess the pioneers took it from the indians and the sculpture is of an indian kneeling to the pioneer and hes about to hammer the native american... lol... it's a really bad concept.
But at the same time, it IS what happened and I think it represents a good moment in history ( or bad)

I have to write an opinion paper on whether it should be torn down or not... I actually took a picture by it a while ago before I even know what it was because I thought it was so damn sweet looking...


Me attempting to model lmao... I was sooo fat there! And I had just actually lost weight! haha.... anyway....this should be an interesting paper..
We couldnt find the bus stop back to campus though.... so we walked abour for a good half hour with 20 pound backpacks on... yay calorie burn!


I have soooo much homework this weekend! like 3 papers... an interview, two review packets... and a shit ton of reading... oh well, I mean it is college...

Ummm for dinner Im having brussel sprouts and a 50 cal fiber one yogurt so Ill poop lol OH! and I already weigh 1.2 pounds less than I did this morning. I weight fucking 160.2!!! WTH haha... I know it was all food weight so im not freaking out tooo much.  Just really want to get back to 154 asap! Praying ill be no more than 158 in the morn.

I filled out my lose it app on my ipod this morning and it said if I want to lose 2 pounds a week I need to eat like 1250 a day net cals.  So as long as I don't go over that... and if I do work it off... im not concerned.

Oh and did I tell you about last night... I binged... it was hell... I purged... it was hell... well, what I could get up... I just fail at that...
Luckily the room mates didnt care because they made hamburger helper with bad meat so they both felt sick.. I was fineish, but just said I had food poisioning... what the hell is wrong with me? whatever...

So I told my self im not letting me go to state until im AT LEAST 153.  It's just not allowed to happen lol.
I would love 149... but that is my halloween goal... we'll see where it goes.
Im planning on doing some sort of work out tonight...whether that's free weights in my room or a run through the apartments... we'll see!

    You totally don't look fat in that photo! You look friggin awesome in every photo you've posted of yourself.
