so, it's 2:06pm I have had a cup of coffee with creamer, a little cinnamon roll, and a handful of sour patch kids.... healthy right? but I know i'm not too high in the calories for this time... guessing like 500 maybe? ok... so kinda high lol.
Im eating an apple later...
and then some frozen veggies for dinner.
Maybe some yogurt and a few slices of chicken or turkey... we'll see.

I work tomorrow at 10:30 so I'm thinking of making 2 egg whites for breakfast and maybe half a english muffin.  Fruit and veggies for lunch, special K bar for a snack, then veggies or yogurt for dinner.

I'm getting my period on Wednesday... so I am praying it's gone by Saturday, since that's when I'm planning on going to MSU.
If I'm not 156.8 saturday morning, then I refuse to go. lol.
I have issues.
Im nervous to get on the svcale tomorrow since I feel like im 163 again....
It's weird though because 163 was my "low average" at state last year for a month or so and I loved it, but now it sounds crazy high and feels gross.

BUT I really just want to maintain at 153 and I'll be decently happy.
My goal of 149 by christmas break is definitely possible.  I want to be 145 by next June for my cousins wedding, I NEED to look hot.  I have VERY attractive family, well at least my cousins, and I need to fit in.

Hmmmm so! Looks as if this week is going to be calling for lots of water!!

OH!! and I may have found a car :)

BUT I am making a goal to be 159.? tomorrow morning, although I haven't hopped on the scale in quite a while so I could really be 165 for all I know.

How wonderful does 118 sound? I could be hot....

SO! Halloween, goal = 156.
It's gonna happen girls, it's gonna happen.
