So I promise this time Im back for good.
Like back to this whole staving myself as long as I can world lol.
And I say starving myself.... but I've got to have lose rules that way if I eat one thing that pisses me off I don't go into complete binge mode.
So here are my simple rules.
-no more than 1000 calories allowed per day, if I do go over, they come out of the next day. Basically, 7000 calories a week... that is a 3.5 day deficit of calories.
-Scale only comes out on Friday morning, and then goes back in it's little hiding place.
SO Next Friday's "goal" is 164.8 Wow that just sounds horrible lol. BUT it will happen no problem, no doubt in my mind.
Im kind of hoping for 162... just because I know I've been crazy bloated due to this whole damn period thing lol
So Every week on Friday I'll plug my new weight into losertown with a cal intake of 1000 just to be safe, and that way I will hopefully be below it the next week!

I REALLY just want to be 149 by Christmas, or at LEAST be my low of 154.2 again :)
And according to loser town I will be able to hit that :)
It's 1pm and I've only had a 50cal sucker :)
So I have room for 950 more lol Hopefully I wont be hitting that!!
