SO... this morning started out great... apple
then veggies...
then... chocolate bar? (200)
then cookie? (150)
then dibs ice cream? (330)
Fuck. you. period!
lol... it's weird... I just ate it, and hten was like WTF...
So basically... i an currently 680 over where I wanted to be at...
after work I had some salad and veggie soup (ok)
and then a lot of gum.
then special K bar
Came home and had a mango, and am going ot make a sandwich on my 35cal a slice bread with lean turkey and chicken... it wont be horrible...
But after all is said and done, basically, I need to go burn around 800 calories at the gym... minimum 600.... and write a 3 page paper lol
SO if I burn 600, ill forgive myself I suppose! Wish me luck!
Tomorow... heres the schedule:
5:20- wake up
6:30-bus
7am-work til 10:30
11- class
1- probation meeting
2ish- class
3:30- class
then go home and try not to eat all day :D
