DAy 1 of SGD = rough

So I started the day out with some fruit = 0
then I had two cookies? what the heck! = 400
mac and cheese at lunch = 150
soup = 50
1/2 sandwich = 100
Total= 700 :/

That puts me 300 over so as long as I stick to veggies and can burn over 300 at the gym, im fine.

I had a ton of broccoli at lunch so I am crazy full!!

Hoping to burn 400 min tonight, that way ill have 100 to either eat or just sit there lol.  I was 165.2 and hoping for 163- 164 tomorrow!

  1. fruit is zero? that would drive me crazy. don't be hard on yourself about 700. that's not a terrible number. have fun exercising tonight. stay strong, little miss.

  4. I agree with everyone else, 700 is definitely better than I can say for myself lately.

    And, I know I probably sound like a reTARD, but what exactly is the SGD? I've never been good with abbreviations
