EWWWWW

I spent like 10 minutes this morning staring at the mirror and and thinking about how gross I felt.

I was the same this morning.... 163.4
The sad thing is that this was tmy happy, good weight last year... fucccck.

I also ate like shit tonday.... two cookies...
ton of diet coke
a lot of fruit and veggies
a dinner roll
some little potatoes with cheese.
a couple ravioli things...
mashed potatoes and gravy.

im not leacing the gym tonight until I have burned 1000 calories.

I also lost a follower.
ef.

Looks like I'm too fat. People must be losing interest. O well.
Tomorrow will be better.
Promise.

Im thinking veggies, fruit, a ton of diet coke.... soup and yogurt.
yup.
and water lol

OMG we finally got coke zero cherry in!
It's amazing :)

So no more cookies or rolls for as long as I can.

you girls are all doing so amazing and I REALLY need to catch up.

Im suppossed to be out of the 160's by Sunday.
New goal is to be 159 by next Wednesday.

I may just fast.

if Im more than 160.8 on Sunday.
Then I refuse to eat till im 159 again.

This is bull shit.

I plateaued out around 158ish and then started eating again and got down to 154.
So Im thinking that since I didnt work out then, and I am now that as long as I can burn 500 minimum a day for 5 days a week minimum then I should be able to hit 149 by christmas.



Sorry for all the complaining.

I hate being fat.
Im just glad that tomorrow is always a new day.
Hoping for 162 in the morning... however Ill be happy with maintaining.

Gosh this sucks.

Serisouly though.
After m SGD is over im going to start a new one called FVD.
Fruits veggies and diet soda.

it's gonna happen.

  1. I recently lost a follower also. Eh, maybe they left the blogger world or got bored with me, guess it doesn't really matter. I hope your day gets better. Just because you ate crappy during part of it doesn't mean you can't start over at any point during that same day or even the next to do better (I have to remind myself of that sometimes).

    srsly we should just drop everything and move in together .. like 4 girls just dieting .. LOL it would be legendary srsly haha
