So I got me ass to the gym! Woot woot! now to do this everyday till I die haha :)
Here's my "weight's" today:
Morning:166.0
Afternoon, before gym:166.8
After gym: 166.2 although it said 165.4 like 10 times too? haha... Im def going with the higher one lol.
So heres the goals:

But gosh I cant wait till Im in the 50's and when I hit 154 flat as my low. Truthfully, I hope to be about 157ish my 11/14, even 155.... but 159 is fine by me.
I can a total of 2 miles and biked and did an elliptical type machine and burned 400 cals like I planned, not including the ".69" that I ran to and from gym lol. I did walk a little on the way back... not gonna lie.... it's soooo cold!
BUT tomorrow feels promising... this is what Im thinking:
Water:0
Diet Coke:0
Tea:0
powerade:0
fruit bowl:60ish
veggies:??? I serisouly am not going to count these lol... ok lets say 30... lol
yogurt: 60
cheese:35
2 egg whites: 32
Toast with jell
Total:300ish
I doubt I will actually do this well.... but It's a great goal... and anything over 300 calories tomorrow will be burned off.
If I dont go over 300, then I don't have to work out :) That will keep be not eating lol.
Actually...I probably just should so 2 miles either way... we'll see!
Alright, time to shower, eat my dinner and read blogs! Woot woot... oh and homework lol...
Also, I may do progress pics at 155 this time... I have 186, 165, and I was going to do 150.....but maybe I'll take and compare at 155 and if there is a difference then I'll post lol
