That this makes no sense at all. There is no logical way that intake/outtake can even work this way.
Obviously I got on the scale. I was 164.8 Wednesday. That was today's goal originally. Since then I have never approached 2000. My "maintaining" weight. Acording to loser town I would still lose while eating 2000 a day. Very slowly. Like .2 a day.still.
I weighed 168 this morning.
Am I gonna be pooping 5 pounds out later???
I fucking better be, let me tell you.

I totally had this moment this morning!!!! I suddenly weighed 205.3?!?!?!?!?!?! WAHT!

dont let yourself get down. are you eating things with a lot of salt? if so its probably only water weight you can gain up to 15 pounds in water weight. also you can poo out like a lot of weight i always weigh myself after ahm i have went. so dont get too worried i know you can get rid of those extra pounds!
