Ok So I have re thought some goals.

11/14(sisters bday) 159
Thanksgiving: 155
Christmas:149
New years MUST BE IN THE 140's :)

then we will go from there :)

Besides fruits and veggies I have ate:
1 dinner roll:87
a little bit of italian dressing: 30
some ranch dill dip, no idea:100??
Total:217
I have 83 more calories left to spend! lol

So I think ill have some yogurt tonight :) Plus if I DO work out, then I can have some oatmeal maybe lol.

Im hoping to be 162 tomorrow :)
I NEED to hit 159 by Sunday!!

    And I would totally love to come and cook for you on Thanksgiving. I'm sure it would beat going to my father's where I'm reminded that I'm his least favourite child. >:(
