Hey girls how is everyones day???
My food intake has been decent..could of been better tho... I had an orange juice 220, oatmeal 160, soup 100, fruit 60... Then I ate lucky charms those were the no no at 200 total is like 750ish plus my bag of veggies will put me around 900. If I can burn400 at the gym I'm at around 500 net which is pretty legit :) and I better freaking lose weight! Lol
I decided I'm skipping my ab psyc class so I can work out before youth group, she drops one exam so if I Fuchs this one up I'll be fine....
What is everyones opinion on the orange juice?? I mean...it is 100% and if it keeps me from actually eating it's def a good thing, but with out it today would only be a 500ish day so far.... Idrk....
I'm suppossed to be studying for a bio exam I have In an hour and a half... I'm thinking of just blowin through it in 20 min so I can catch the bus home lol. My goals for today are two miles running + whatever more cardio will equal 400. This puts me at 2 works so far in November lol. And my goal was 3x a week minimum.

I love orange juice, but it can be really high in sugar and cals. Whenever I drink it, I water it down (1/2 water, 1/2 juice). It might taste a little weird at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Now when I have regular OJ, it tastes too sweet lol
ReplyDeleteOrange juice is a tricky one. They can put "100% juice!" on the label and what it might really mean is condensed orange juice (concentrate) added to water, making it perhaps higher calories, and more sugar than just eating an orange. How else do did it get that lovely opaque colouring instead of the translucent stuff you get when you squeeze your own orange?
