Whoops!

SO after getting 4 hours of sleep last night.... I had work at 7..class at 2.... came home, and slept from 4-11 lmao... so I missed swim practice which kinda sucked... but Im doing a kick boxing class tomorrow!
So far this week this was what I did:
Saturday: P90X intervals
Sunday: nothing.
Monday: Cardio sculpt class.
Tuesday: P90X cardio
Wednesday:am express class and swim at night.
Thursday:nothing.

so 5 workouts since saturday.

Friday: kick boxing.
Saturday: p90x?

so I think that 7 workout in 8 days is awesome :)

I may even try and go swim tomorrow night so that way I can get 8 in 8 :)

Food today was ok.

odwalla bar: 200ish
little granola:50
oatmeal with cinnamon rasins and a few nuts: 170
soup:150
1/2 a sandwich: 150?
sushi: 270

so... it wasnt a great day and not a horrible day. I'll take it .

total:990ish

like I said though... haven't eatin since 4 so I guess that's good?

ahhhh sooo busy! But I love it :)
and I love you girls!

  2. Compared to my intakes of late, you may as well have gone weeks. I've eaten enough in the past week to feed a fat family of four.
    Not even joking lol..

  7. How do find the time to do all that working out? I can that during breaking and lose 12 lbs but during a real day no way.Your really burning ass ( for lack of a better word) you negative intake is prolly bitchen ( for lack of a better word) 3500 every days if I did the math right meaning like 3 lbs a week. You work out is bitchen ( for the lack of a better word)
