I miss you all terribly.
I am so sorry for leaving, Inever want it to happen again.
My anxiety levels became extremely high, I was working out twice a day, and then my Macbook broke for 3 weeks.... and I know those arent really great excuses but ehhh whatever.
So long story short!
I am on the swim team here at my college, not varsity (that was lot go due to budget in the 80's) but yes, so I usually swim 4 days a week and have been running 2 miles a day 4-6 times a week.
and my weight has gone back up to 169ish?! wtf.... basically, I know the majority of it is muscle since I look smaller than I usually do at this weight... but still. That number pains me to see, especially since I was 154 in sept.
ok enough of the babeling.
re-goal time.
I was 181 last May.
154 by September.
I didn't lose the weight 100% healthy... but this time I'm going to try, (I think lol)
I want to be 151 by the end of May
30 pounds in a year.
Nervous, but I think I can make it happen.
I was 171 yesterday (THE FUCK.)
so thats basically 20 pounds in 74 ish days.
totally possible.
I need you all for support, just as I would love to be back in your support groups.
I promise to catch up this week! <3
It may take a while but it will happen!
I'll post more random things from my life like I usually do later on haha :)
