No more excuses.

My disordered eating issues or whatever the fuck this is has been horrible lately.
100% out of control.
3 days in a row I B/P like it was my job.  
Then, Once I finally got that under control... I have still continued this HUGE uncountable binges.

But tomorrow I start anew.

Somehow I still managed to do pretty well at my swim meet on Saturday... and ran a 5K on the treadmill on Sunday in 32:54 which is pretty legit for me.



Swim meet against Central this weekend.
Weekend with my "hopefully" new boy :P next weekend.
Then Masters State meet.
Then Nationals.
Then 5K run that I registered for today.
So this month is going to be busy.
and... with these events, come lot of pictures.

So I am once again going to be counting every single morsel that enters my oral cavity...
And Im also going to start off with a run in the morn, and then swim practice tomorrow night.

My biggest concern is work... 2-5:30 .. I alwaysss eat too much there... but I got my pink and red rubber bands on my arm and I am DETERMINED to accomplish this.

I don't want to set a calorie goal...Max or Min... I'm just going to shoot for as low as possible and go from there... Since I'm working out twice I know that I'll need lot's for protein and what not... we'll see :P

I talked to Carey (guy im talking to)  for a good hour tonight... I'm not sure why I freak out so much about guys lol... I just REALLY want this to work out :)
We are supposed to be doing this camping trip next weekend, but mayyy just end up hanging out at my apartment and waiting until it gets warmer out.

BUT YES. 
HEALTHY FOOD.

Infact, I think im going to write out a plan.

Cereal with skim milk: 155
egg whites with toast after running: 102
apple: 70
pear:80
nutra grain bar: 130
yogurt: 80
special K bar: 90
oatmeal:130
brocolli: 80
dinner after work (200ish??)
Banana bread odwalla bar after swimming (210)

Total: 1327
Which sounds like a shit ton :/
but then about 300 calories of running and 500 of swimming would put me at a net of 527.

I guess that's legit? Maybe I wont eat that much... that will be my max for the day.
Let me know what you guys think....

As long as I an stay away from the puking and the laxatives I should be happy for now right?
man... I got this :P

Also, after my meet this weekend (and the festivites to follow) I think I'm going to do a liquid fast one of the days.  Just stock up on zero cal tea and drinks... that should help me to get back on track a bit :P.
If I didn't work out so much I would say perfect time to attempt the master cleanse again... but I know how that ends... haha

OH and crunches everyday tooo.
So motivated :)

Sorry for being MIA again and not commenting like I should be.
This summer, things will be back to normal... whatever normal is :P
