phewww. back for good.

Alrighty! So today I gained my control back.
I have almost finished reading wasted.
I woke up at 8ish, ate these diet dots and then didn't eat a thing until 2:45
i drank 56oz of water so far and 2 diet cokes.
I ate a bagel 210 in an hour and a half lol
a frozen gogurt 70 in 20 minutes
and ive been workin on a chewy bar 90 for the last hour.
I really like doing this.
I like doing it so much that I even calculated the cal/min

the bagel was 2.33 c/min
and gogurt 3.5
the chewy bar is going to be rediculously low since i am takin my good old time.

so total cal for the day so far is 370! I am amazed with myself.

I'm goingto FINALLY hop on the scale tomorrow... it's been like 2-3 weeks because yes I am that scared.
I am realllly hoping for anything under 175. 176 MAX I'll prob end up getting on it tonight... but tomorrows weight is what counts.

last june on this exact day I weighed 175 i believe. although it sucks having gained that 21 pounds I lost back, I am determined to lose them again and be in the low 160's by July :) 163 will make me happy and then anything below there is golden. I REALLY want to hit 135 at some point, but for now my goal is to just get back to 155.
