This is going ot be a great week :)

I can already tell

after basically binging out at sis's grad party... well kinda... it was controlled so I gues not a binge lol I did make myself puke tho...just once o well.

tooo much beer lol.

SO
today

breakfast:
oatmeal:140
blueberries:20
raspberries:10

Total:170

I may have some coffee....

I hate not having my scale here becuase this one is about 3 pounds higher give or take each day.
so it's been sayin 180 and I know I did not gain 5 pound over my ride home lol.

So tomorrow morn will be the test, see if I was actually able to maintain at 175ish,  Hopefully today will be good enough to wash the bad out from yesterday:P

I'll keep this updated on intake
