So this morning I was 187 consistently then ended up going down to 186.8 which is exactly 2 pounds! woot woot... althought I'm not really counting losing weight till its at least 5 pounds haha...
The only thing that keeps pissing me off is the fact that my scale will change its mine... maybe 2 minutes later it was reading 187.6 so who really knows... i'm getting new batteries soon so maybe that will help a bit?
today I ate:
apple
walnuts
small serving of oatmeal with raisins and banana I put a whole banana in it but probably ate like 1/3 of the bowl
small bowl of mixed fruit
I'm seriously so full it's not even funny. Not sure why... I could bearly eat any of the oatmeal :P
So I'm hoping to be 2 more pounds down and to be 184.8 on monday or tuesday morning... but that's going to take tons of self control this weekend.
basically if I can weigh in at 186.8 on mon I'm not going to fuss about anything.
As long as I'm eating my healthiest options I shouldnt be too bad off.
I'm not letting myself starve myself... I've dropped into the 150's and then back to the 180's three times now and I realllly need to keep it off for good this time.
The sad thing is, I'm scared that as soon as I get all this weight off I'm going to get pregnant or something lol... haha o well.
