I think that being home for the weekend will really help my venture into being a healthy eater again.
I wasn't able to run this morning, and I'm actually really scared to because of my leg. So in the mean time I'm just going to keep my caloried as low as possible.
It's 12ish and I'm eatin blue berries, dry oatmeal and yogurt and lots of water.
only 130 calories!
I'm just not planning on eating much more... and if I do it will prob be carrots or something.
We're going to the drive in tonight and I'm only going to let myself have two beers, if I even feel like it... the bud I have is 145 :/ however, my dad has a few coors left from vacation as well that me and my boy picked up for his... those are only 104... so I'm thinking, 208 is def better than 290.
so that would put me at 338 for the day! Plus carrots... haha
and i'm thinking if I have no food in my stomach those 2 beers will feel more like 4 beers. so that's a good thing haha.
I'm also trying to take forever to eat this food, im at 12 minutes so far and have a lot left..
All Im working for right now is to see 186.8 or less on the scale on monday. This shouldnt even be hard.
I also want to say how much I love my bf... like for real, I feel likehe doesnt even care how fat I am... I always joke and one time he was like well, if I have to help you walk then we'll talk. Or, If I have to roll you places... ahaha but I want to lose this for him too. Even mroe now that I know he'll love me the same either way ;)
I think i'm gonna start doing 100 cruches and 25 push ups every day... even if they are spread out :)
Your boy sounds like a sweetheart. <3 Hope you have fun at the drive-in! What are you going to see? I've been wanting to go to the drive in for ages (there's only one close-ish to where I live), but it's always PACKED.

Don't eat to many carrots, they are sneaky. You think your doing great cause its a veggie and your eating healthy but if your trying to loose weight carrots are actually the worst thing you could eat cause they are so full of sugar.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could go to the drive in, ours got taken away cause lack of people going or something but it was always packed.
The Drive in is always super packed though it been years since I went not kidding. I miss carrots they make me throw up something about them, so enjoy you carrots and have you tried pickles you might have to go to the corner stores and get them from a jar but those are 0 calories that I know of and super good.
