Def gettin better :)

So I figured after drinking 4 beers yesterday and eating a can of green beans last night right before bed I would have either gained. or maintained since I did eat VERY well through the day. I ended up at 180.6 This morning! Which is now officially a 8.2 pound drop and I am wayy ahead of my goals! This was my August goal list:

(after a long weekend of eating, and I know I had a lot of food weight in this, I weighed 188.8-189.2 on the 2nd of August)
So the goals were as follows:

8/5: 185
8/10: 183
8/18: 181
8/25: 179

so! As we can see I've actually lost much more than my original plan was.  However i'm going to keep my goals for the month, because I have a whole system worked out that will ensure that I am 148.8 on the 1st of January 2012 :)
BUT I do also, kindaaa have the goal of being 178.8 on Thursday when I go up north with Carey's family. however I won't have a scale after tomorrow afternoon... and won't be able to weigh myself until probably Monday morn :/
So I'm going to look at this in the most optimistic way and hope that when I return I will be in the 170's :) I've been VERY good at control lately.

on a different note... Carey and me bout a half ounce of weed today lmao. my friend sold it, $60 bucks... not bad... it's some brick ass shit but we all split a joint and a bowl and were feelin prettty dang good!

OH! food for the day:

woke up at 9ish
apple before work @ 10:30
I'm getting REALLY good at not eating during my shift. I always eat someing on my break and after... if I work a double shift which is only 7.5 hours still. anyway
I had melon and blueberries
small amount of cottage cheese
maybe 1 small slice of pepper. and a few pickles slices
I havea new rule that at work I always have to leave parts of each food leftover haha
had some walnuts when I got home...
umm I ended up splitting a foot long with Carey... salami, peperoni, lettuce, pepper jack cheese mayo (:/) but I let him make it.. so whatever...
then my roommate niko made be a burger for dinner... it was small... I ate it plain, no bun. with ketchup.

I think that may actually be it! 
oh i did have a beer...
but I got on the scale after dinner with my clothes hoping it would be 183 or less and I got 181.? then 182.6 sooo I may bw alright in the morn!
I guess I forget that my intake is drastically lower that what it was and should be haha.. well today wasn't too low.... but still.

I'm just really hoping for 181.? tomorrow and I'll be alright with it.
I'm also STILL ON MY FUCKING PERIOD and just found out that my birth control prescriptions expired.. so in order to get a refill I need to get a mother fucking pap smear...  o well what ever.

Carey went out with his friends to play poker... I know it's a guy thing or whatever... but he lives an hour away and I hate when hes only up here for a couple days and then leaves me lol.. I'm glad he's with his friends and what not... but he's also drinking... and then driving back. He prob won't drink too much... at least I hope... but I also don't have a phone and have no idea when he's coming back.. he left at like 8:30, 3 hours ago... so he should prob be back soon!

But whatever... my roommate who is here is fun to hang out with... the other 4 are gone but it will be pretty interesting when everyone is moved in....

Alright i'm running out of things to say... sorry I haven't been really great on commenting back.. since my phone broke I don't get the notification email... and with Carey her it's just impossible... lol
