I've been doing much better with working out lately.
Friday: swam 2000 yards, planned on a mile (1650) so actually did more than I planned... still not that much compared to what I used to do, but it'll get better eventually.
Saturday: elliptical for 38 minutes, 2.92 miles said I burned 315, but I never believe those things.. I really wanted to get 3 miles in but had to go babysit. Which I made $65 doing so I really cant complain lol ALSO went on a 2 hour bike ride with the boys :)
Today: TONS of homework, not sure if I'll be able to make it to the gym... the gym and library open at 12, so I'm going to the lib at 12... and probably staying there for at least 7, if not more, hours.
BUT the rec closed at 9 so I may be able to make it there.
I'm a little sad that I can't run... I feel a little pathetic on the elliptical but I know that hoping on that for 40 minutes is much better than sitting on my bed for 40 haha.
SO plan for the week: ( this is more for me than anyone else haha, sorry if I bore anyone)

notes: BF may be coming up since we have class together and that fudges things up, but I'm hoping that I can just stick to this.
Tuesday:

BIO Lab @ 11:30-2:20
Class @ 6-9
Notes: will def try to fit in the gym between 2:20 and 6. It's difficult tho since I don't have a parking pass for campus, so if my roommate goes at that time then It will def happen.
Wednesday:
Work @ 10:30-6
Gym @ 7:30ish
Notes: bf has class 6-9 so working out at this time should be perfect! But, once again... no parking pass so we will see. ( I think that I can park free at night, I know I can on the weekends)
Thursday:
Work @ 7-2:30
Swim @ 5:30-7:30
or
Gym between 3-10
Notes: swim or gym, one will happen.
Friday: swim @ 11-1
Work @???
Notes: my pick up a shift, either way still swimming.
Ok! so this schedule has me working out at least 4 times, and that's not including the weekends ( which will happen) My goal is 4-6 times a week so this is perfect :)
I weighed 172.8 again this morning, which is good, since it's the low I keep seeing, but I really just want to pass it soon!
Yesterday I ate very well, up until babysitting. We had wendys for dinner. I have a 5 piece nugget and value fry (super small) and was still hungry after so it couldn't have done too much damage...(550... sigh) then we went on a two hour bike ride tho, so I felt much better about the wendy haha... then we had popcorn... I took the small bucket.. and then I kinda went on a mini binge... a little cheddar chex mix.. then an apple.. a jamba juice fruit Popsicle thing (70) then a yogurt delight thing (120) so it wasn't horrible ( obviously I maintained my weight this morning) but still... I know I could have lost if I didn't eat as much...
whenever I start working out I always get so hungry :/
ok I'm done :) haha
sorry if my posts have been a little boring lately, I hope once I get back into the swing of things they will get more lively :)

alright, that is one heck of a schedule! I love writing out my schedules and to-do lists and everything, i feel so much more organized. and when I'm organized, i get more of the stuff done, so lets hope you get all your schedule done! good job on exercising, theres no way i'd make myself exercise that much!

You're doing incredibly! You inspire me so much to exercise. What puts me off most though is being infront of the other people and the headache I always get. On top of that, the worst thing is the hunger. It's so much harder to control yourself with exercise! But we WILL do it. And I WILL get back in the gym.
