Indifferent.

How is everyone? It's been a little while. Figured I should come back to see how everyone has been doing... and of course to make sure I can stay on track... or at least not gain anything...

Surprisingly, I've been maintaining really well... I've been so busy lately, especially with the fact that my bf has come up so often that I have been slacking on working out like crazy.

I'm still 166. So i'm actually kinda ok with that.... Especially from getting to that after being 188.8. I can see a difference, not as much as I thought I would but seeing that number is actually slightly comforting to me.

I know that making my new years goal of 148.8 is probably near impossible... so I'm adjusting things.

I ate some candy tonight as a sort of last goodbye so I can get healthier for the holidays.  Turthfully, I do eat healthy about 90% of the time now, which is great... but I need to lose this last 12 pounds to get down to my low from 9/2010. Then go from there.

New simple plan to finish 2011.
I NEED to work out a minimum of 4 times per week, hopefully more. No excuses to go less than four.  The only problem that comes to mind is while I'm at my parents for the holidays... I guess videos are always an option.

I need to weigh 163.8 on 11/19. Football game at the University I went to freshman year, also where my sis now goes. 

I need to bring in the new year in the 150's.
Preferably being 159 or less throughout the holiday season.  

Also. I need to pick two days, one in november, one in december to do an all day water fast.

I need two more days, one in each month where I will eat ONLY fruit and vegetables.

I am also contemplating some version of a detox diet in there... but we will see.

THE MAIN GOAL for myself at this time is to hit 163.


Tomorrow:going to gym at 10:30
Sat:GYM
Sun: GYM
Mon: Swim
Tues:? sex? lol...
Wed: gym or swim
Thurs: possibly gym if time.
Fri: gym

and that will be my basis for this plan.

October was a pretty fun month.. the time is just going by so fast...
I'm so thankful that I have stopped purging.... I do sometimes have the tendency but it's weak enough to avoid.

I think a lot of it has to do with how much I'm in love with Carey... I know it sounds foolish and immature, we've been together almost 7 months... but it feels like so much longer.

I'm going to try and start updating more and catching up with everyone again :)

  2. You have the most muthafuckin awesome hair. I need your hair. Your boyfriend also has really nice hair. HAIR ENVY!! :) :) We are the same height, which I had to double check, because I can only think of four blogs I read that have tall girls. Tall pride. Your costumes are epic!!
