1:41 Goal: be asleep by 2:30

ok.. so I have a new plan
Monday-Thursday: eat no more than 800 cals ALL HEALTHY FOOD
Friday-Sunday: No more than 1000 HEALTH FOOD AT HOME... but for realll. Im still gonna drink.. lol

What do you guys think? Frenzy said that she read somewhere that you shouldn't eat less than 1200 cals and somewhere in the past I read that 1000 is the VERY least...so Im hoping this is good??? Idk.. ive lost the first 12 and I obviously still want more....but I DO want it to be healthy... I really don't want my EdNos turning into Ana...I know from what people say that its not something they would wish upon others... Idk..

OH! and work out at least 5 times a week
and only weight myself in the mornings (unless I go a night without sleep then I will weight myself after a long nap lol

So I got my first weight loss compliment from Brads mom today... "Kels you're looking really skinny how much weight have you lost?" ehhh 12 pounds, just the college weight mom no worries lol

...you would think my parents would notice that I havent ate more than 1000 calories a day in the last week? I mean my dad is only home for dinner... but im with my mom constantly... I sometimes wonder if she had an ED back when she was younger... Her mom used to make her take diet pills before eating... WTF.. thats what I call fucked up. And when I mentioned Laxatives and I asked her why she took them before she said if she thought she ate too much or something... hmmmm Possible Ednos Mother?? Genetic??? yea....

Anyways! Thanks for the wonderful comments about the bracelet :] I reallly appreciate it :D

And yea, Im kinda agreeing with you guys about the book... it's not horrible... but I've definitely read better!!

Looking forward to reading wasted next!!!! :D :D

well im out for the night, Love you all :]
Good luck with your goals, whatever they may be :]

Love lilah

  1. Ha, I just read half of that book "skinny" and then I decided it sucked so I quit. i never finish books any more, life always sweeps me up. Well parents can be very oblivious. My mom has ED-NOS. It took me a bit to be sure, but she does. She takes diet suplements and pills to, though not laxatives. I'm not suprised your parents don't know how many calories your eating. They really don't notice any thing unless your not a good liar or you are and you've been fasting for a week.

  2. yea EDs are genetic. its proven. so in actuality thts why you may have one. and not to scare you, but i started at 1000 and thn it somehow dropped to 500 and thn 250. watch yourself. im not diagnosed with ana, but still. its hard for me to eat over 500 physically.
