168 :D

168 this morning :] FINALLY. LEGIT. Broke the 170's...forever? I think so!! lol...

Today i have my lifeguard pre-work meeting... it's usually pretty boring... however, I'll be getting lots of exercise in... basically we'll be swimming, treadin forever, "saving" people... etc, so hey, I wont complain haha.

Also, Im glad I lost 14 pounds for this, well, technically 13.5 haha... ticker only does whole pounds.
BUT I really think I might try to replace the batteries in my nicer scale and see if that make it accurate. I mean it's basically brand new, no reason it shouldn't be. Also, I want to get a more accurate reading, mine obviously only goes my .5 so for sll I know I could be 167.6 or 168.4 not that it matter tooo much... but still lol

Im planning on going running afterwords... I can usually only do like 1 mile to 1.5 miles at a time... bit then I see you all doing 3-6 and I like well why the hell can't I push through too? I've seemed to of nailed this hunger thing... why the hell not running? lol so i'll aim for 2 at the least... I have a triathlon I REALLY want to do in mid july... Swimming the 500 yards will be cake, 10 miles biking... easy, I used to do 20 at school everyday.. and the running is only 3 miles... but I know thats whats going to KILL me lol... Ill probably be like average untill the running happens. BUT I mean If I can work my way up there i'm sure i'll be fine haha

OH! and crunches of course...

Eating plan for today!!

Breakfast:
Cereal + skim milk: 155
fruit:45

snack: my friends all want to get ice cream after work... :/ slushy?? It says 6.0z is like 100 cals... so thats not bad :]

Lunch:
Oatmeal:150
fruit:50

Snack: 100 cals?

Dinner: 200 cals
whatever mom makes lol probably a little more If lots of veggies are involved

snack?? hmm carrots :50 cals

900ishhh

Ok Brads here I have to go...
Breakfast: 3/4 c total rasin Bran + milk + 20 blueberries + 10 raspberries = 195

    yeah it's healthy! and also you should NOT go to low before you reach your 'good weight zone' cause then you'll just give up before you've lost all the weight!
