168... stilll

Woke up after 2.5 hours of sleep.
168 still
I'm going to try and eat more in the morn and less at night.
ALSO.. more water.
Like a ton.

AND exercise.

First day of work today.

HOPEFULLY will get some laps in.

If not... gym later??

uggg...

All I did was crunches yesterday....

Update: It's not even 8 am and I just ate 10 wheat crackers: like 120 cals.
Putting my total at 400.... Wow...
I woke up feeling like I was going to puke...
I have to lifeguard today for 6 hours in the sun, 90 degree weather... so basically I really don't have a choice to eat or not.. Im not going to pass out on the job.. I also want to go running before hand, and laps on my break...
So as long as I work out today... I don't really mind the extra cals, as long as they get burned off in the end.

I love you all, sorry if my posts have gotten boring lately... Im just sooo tired all the time :/
NEED CAFFEINEEEE!!
