DINNER...

guys dinner sucked.
I didnt have my third shake tho so thats -200
BUT dinner was ribs, squash/zucchini, and seasoned baked potatoes.

HALLELUJAH I didnt eat the ribs :D :D :D
I did eat a shit ton of the veggies tho and 6 little wedges of seasoned potatoes.

Watching my parent gnaw into the juicy, dripping meat, though very tempting...actually became rather disgusting... I was imagining them being our ribs, and the fat and shit on them... then realized that the fat on the ribs, would go directly to my ribs.. lol NICE THINKING... do it, it works.

So... no idea on the cals. Im thinking no more than 250?? idk... but its not horrible. before dinner I weighed the exact same as this morning, meaning I WILL weigh less tomorrow ;] For my ALL liquid diet. wish me luck tonight guys!
