Mid day update :]

Hi guys :] my semi liquid fast is going great.

I had water with ice.
my diet shake
more water
2 strawberries
15 grapes
diet shake

thats all so far and its 4:17

My mom finally went out and bought a shit ton of fruit.... of course it would be when Im trying to liquid diet lol
So she's basically force feeding me fruit bahaha Better than a Big Mac!

But still... if all im eating today is liquids and a small amount of fruit, I consider that a VERY successful day :]

Plus, with me going to this party tonight, im goingto have to bring a shit ton of water and maybe carrots and a banana so I can resist pizza... chips....alcohol... remember, these are my swimming friends. a couple of them are still swimming in high school and college... so food doesn't faze them lol.


BUT Tomorow is my first all out ALL liquid fast.

My diet will basically be based around the following:

5 cups of tea with splenda 0-25 cal all together
WATER 0 cals
2 cups of skim milk 180 cals
1 low cal gatorade 45 cals
2 propels 40 cals
2 cups of cranberry juice 80
1 cup of prune juice 170
So the most I would have all day would be around 540. Is that too much??
I dont really like prune juice but it washes everything down so if I dont drink that my total will only be 370. Yeah scratch the prune juice



Does that sound legit??
Idk... i've never done this before lol

I want to run, but am SO sore from yesterdays, that I may just do some free weights and abs.

Update: ate a peach, decided that if I'm actually going to be able to go through with the ALL liquid diet tomorrow, I better not burn out before today is even over.

So cals so far
400 in liquids
38 + 4 + 60 = ~ 102 in fruit
today is a good day.
