ate 2 pieces of pizza and breadstick.... about 660.
but that wasnt the problem... I went for a run, Iu was planning on the 3.1 (5k) I did last time... But after like 1.5 miles I felt really sick and almost puked, so I walked and almost stopped at wendys, but decided to just go home, walked most of it but did get some running in Totaled about 2.1 miles... Got home, wanted to puke because I felt so sick, stuck a tooth brush all the way down my throat... nothing happened due to the fact that I have no gag reflex... and then I watched the season premiere of Huge... and feel a little better lol... then ate 2 bites of my sister's ice cream... glad she didnt get me my own...
Fuck....
I wish I could throw up right now, I just feel so sick and bloated.
So much for 167 tomorrow....
I did swim a few laps with a friend earlier... she REALLY worries about her weight too so be bond easily and stuff. lol
OH and thing I want to try/think you girl may want to try? It was on the show Huge, and they basically chew on cinnamon flavored toothpicks when they're hungry... My mom said she used to make them lol. and they sound amazing.
But not much more to update on....
My mom came upstairs and was like did you puke? Did you take laxatives?? blah blah....
which I didnt...
welp... off to shower... at leat I got 2.1 miles in :]

UPDATE?
So I chewed a shit ton of gum with sorbitol hoping that the pizza will come out tomorrow lol
Well... I went to shower, weighed myself.. 168 WTF... I lost .5 from earlier??? and only gained .5 from this morning!?!? HOW THE HELL DO OUR BODIES WORK!?! I AM SOOO CONFUSED...
happy... but confused.
If I do hit 167 in the morn, then I have slight potential for weighing 165 on July 1st. we will see.
I also have *New Goals* in the sidebar, basically important dates I want to be skinny for :]

haha, sometimes I feel like i post TOO much! ;) Good job going for a run even after you ate more then you planned. It is easy to lose motivation when u dont stick to the plan but you kept going! :)

Pizza & breadsticks, yum. I love me some carbs! Devil carbs. ;) Sounds like ya did pretty good exercise-wise, even if you had to cut your run short & walk some, better than getting sick or doing none at all. I hope tomorrow's weigh in goes well for you!
