Applebees.

So I was 167.5 again, which really excites me because I actually kept the weight off that I lost during the liquid fast. Which I was really worried about. Also, I think i'm going to do the liquid fast a different day, due to the holiday this weekend :]

Food today went alright, not my best day but not my worst.

Breakfast:
yougurt:60
oats mixed in: 75
Blueberries: 20

Lunch:
turkey: 90
1/2 a V8: 35
orange: 62

Snacks:
cherrios:100
crackers:100
carrots:30

Random:
like 6 fries
2 bites of pizza
a little trail mix
100 cals?? idk

Dinner:
wrap: 120
ham:120
lettuce
mustard: 0
Total around: 912

So its ok... but Brad just informed me that we're all going to apple bees....
O shit. I want to say I will just pick but all of my friends know how I can eat... and its 1/2 off appitizers... and basically, any app, is 700 or more, so i'll try and eat half??

What sucks about today is that I am legit soooo hungry.

Not planning on losing tomorrow.
I really wish that I drank more water yesterday because I was very dehydrated this morning and think that I possibly could of been 167... its all good tho. As long as i can some how get to 165 this weekend, Ill be good :]

  2. sadkjbnasd i wish i would have read this earlier! I could have texted you and told you good luck and reminded you to only eat half! lol but i'm sure you did wonderful...and oh btw, my diet plan pretty much says that holiday weekends are a freebie haha
