I think i'm back guys :]

So for a while I wasnt counting super carefully, or really actually caring I guess.
But that high from counting/trying/control is back as of right now. Thank the lord! Hopefully ill start losing fast again!!

So Dinner:
Got my moms scale she uses to ship stuff on Ebay. Measured 1.5 oz of chicken 80 cals and Also eating 25 blueberries: 14 cals
So dinner is at 94 cals :D WIN
moms making a sald so Ill probably pick at that a little bit too. So ill add 50 cals for good measure haha

Todays total issss:
518 (+ 90 , piece of bread I ate before work... stomach hurt sooo bad so I had to do something) + 144 =........752 :D under 800. This is legit

Im thinking of starting the oatmeal diet.
Possibly the ABC diet later in the summer.
I just can't see myself being able to last on 200 cals or nothing while working in the sun all day. Some times I almost pass out even when I do eat lol

Actually decided to continue this like 15 mins ago.
I forgot I work at the pool tomorrow from 9:45 till 6:30 So basically a food plan is a MUST
Mom just went shopping so I've worked something out in my head

Breakfast: Before I leave
Oatmeal: 140
26 Blueberries: 15 cals
table spoon of Sliced almonds: 33.75
Total: 188.75

Lunch:
FF Yougurt: 60 cals
15 cherries: 57 cals
few pieces of turkey:60 cals ish
Total:177

(hopefully no one buys a ton of food and temps me to eat it.... shittt I work with 3 guys who are the type who can eat and never stop with out gaining. EXAMPLE today one of them at a whole medium pizza from little Caesars. Last year one ate 2 baconaters from wendys and a large fry and nuggets)

Snacks: (throughout the day)
8 saltines :96
cherrios: 100
Total: 196

Total up till now: 561.75 if I eat it all


Dinner will be at home so whatever that ends up being haha
Leaving 238.25 as max amount for dinner and night time snack

So if I do that ( or less) I'll be under 800 cals
Also, planning on swimming laps whenever I get the chance and riding bike to and from work.

Kay. Im really leaving now.
I want a cig... I don't even smoke that much so I have no idea why...

Another fucking update lol
Just recieved 7 more of m books in the mail :D but sadly.. they are in sort of rough shape. I usually order "like new" and these have legit been read a few times haha... probably should stick with a library card from now on lol. BUT half my joy of reading is getting a book that looks brand new... IDEK...
