After work my friends mom brought us all lunch.
Amazing spread of items and condiments for sandwich's.
My intake:
2 pieces of white bread: 140 cals
3 pieces of turkey: 50 cals ish
1 piece of cheese: (im guessing like 100)
2 tomato slices: 9 cals
1 piece of lettuce: 3 cals
2 pickle slices: 12 cals
mustard: 0 cals
water: 0 cals
Total: 314
putting me at 454 so far today. cooool.
Ill eat 100 cals of something like saltine crackers before my last swim lessons tonight and then some chicken and fruit for dinner.
maybe a little snack later... I feel sooo sick right now.
total around 750ish im guessing.
im sick of being fat. at least im not where I was but stillll this needs to change lol
